(Think of this remedy when a person has very low confidence, feels that he/she has no friends, has depression and yet becomes enraged and is prone to swear and curse. The sexual desire is high. Symptoms alternate side and are aggravated sleep. It has cured headaches and diphtheria. The symptom of floating could be a symptom in a dissociative state occurring during a trauma {this interpretation is my own, and I have yet to find a case where this symptom leads to remedy, but given the remedy picture it could be used in post traumatic disorders}.)

Extremities are cold and numb and food is not digested properly. The skin chaps easily and there are eruptions behind the ear. The skin symptoms with nervous system affections as concomitant are valuable indicator of this remedy.)
