N.B- FOR PHYSICIANS

INCREASING CUP METHOD for sensitive patients

  • Some patient may show sensitivity towards ecev LM potencies. To such patients increasing cup method is used.

In this method once a cup of medicine is prepared after mixing desired dose in water, another cup of water is taken. A spoonful of medicine is taken from 1st cup into second cup. The patient then can use the 2nd cup as medicine. Sometimes very sensitive patients may need medicines from even 3rd or 4th cup.

DIVIDED DOSES

  • If the medicine needs to be repeated frequently then the patient can be asked to divide the medicine in the 1st cup into 3-4 doses repeated frequently at intervals suggested by physician and stirred before each dose. Alternately a fresh dose can prepared  with each dose if large doses are needed, exhausting the medicine much early. The method to follow will depend on severity of case and sensitivity of patient.
